Apply silicone roof coatings, primers, and base coat systems on commercial buildings. Projects across the United States — we handle logistics, lodging, and travel on out-of-state work. OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Lead a crew of 3–8 applicators on commercial restoration projects. Responsible for daily safety meetings, quality control, substrate documentation, and communication with the project manager. Must hold OSHA 30.

Produce detailed written restoration quotes from site measurements, photos, and inspection reports. Work with project managers and the sales team to turn proposals into signed contracts. Familiarity with flat roof systems required.

Own the project from signed contract through warranty registration. Coordinate crews, material orders, site access, and owner communications. Handle inspection scheduling, manufacturer warranty paperwork, and closeout documentation.

Commercial restoration work doesn't stop in November. We plan projects across climate zones to keep our core crews working 50+ weeks per year.

We cover the cost of GAF, Momentive, and Gaco factory training for eligible crew members. Certifications belong to you — they travel with you regardless of where you work.

We pay for OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training for qualifying employees. Safety training is not optional here — and that's not a burden, it's a benefit you can take anywhere.

Pay is competitive and discussed openly. We don't play the "depends on experience" game without giving you a range. If we can't pay what you're worth, we'll tell you.

Out-of-state projects include company-arranged lodging, per diem, and mileage or airfare. You don't front costs and wait for reimbursement — it's handled before you leave.

This isn't a staffing firm that passes you between contractors. You work with the same team on every project. If you do the work, you know the people you're working with.
