warranty authority.
Any roofing contractor can buy and apply these products. Only certified applicators can issue the manufacturer’s warranty. The difference is significant: a contractor-only guarantee is backed by that company’s balance sheet. A manufacturer NDL warranty is backed by a publicly traded entity with a claims department and a legal obligation to honor it.
Each certification in our portfolio requires product-specific training, field application audits, documented project verification, and continuous standing with the manufacturer. We maintain these certifications actively — annual renewals, required inspections, and ongoing product education to retain warranty-issuing authority.
