Insurance Coverage

$10,000,000
Commercial General Liability

Per-occurrence limit. Covers property damage, bodily injury, and completed operations arising from work performed by Certified Roofing crews. Additional insured endorsements issued on request with no administrative fee.

Full
Workers’ Compensation

Every crew member is covered under our workers’ compensation policy — no subcontracted labor without verification of their own coverage. This protects the building owner from any liability exposure arising from a job-site injury.

$5,000,000
Umbrella / Excess Liability

Excess liability layer above the CGL policy. Required on most institutional and government projects. Available to name your entity as additional insured if your risk management program requires umbrella coverage.

Active
Commercial Auto

Fleet vehicles and trailers used on projects are covered under a commercial auto policy. Includes hired and non-owned auto coverage for incidental use of personal vehicles on company business.

Certificates of insurance are issued through our broker and delivered electronically. Additional insured endorsements and primary/non-contributory language are available at no charge. Standard processing time is same business day.

Safety Protocols

OSHA 10 and 30 Certification

All field supervisors hold OSHA 30-Hour certification. All crew members complete OSHA 10-Hour training before their first commercial project. Documentation available on request.

Pre-Task Safety Planning

Every project begins with a written Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) specific to the site conditions, substrate, and access method. Crew leads review it with the team before work begins each day.

Fall Protection

All rooftop work follows OSHA 1926.502 fall protection standards. Personal fall arrest systems, guardrail systems, or safety net systems are selected based on site conditions. Anchor point documentation provided on request.

Chemical Handling Protocols

Silicone coatings, primers, and solvents are handled under written standard operating procedures. SDS sheets are maintained on-site throughout the project. Crew members complete chemical safety training specific to the products used.

Weather Hold Policy

Application is suspended when ambient temperature falls below 40°F, when rain is forecast within the cure window, or when surface conditions are outside manufacturer specifications. Safety takes precedence over schedule.

Incident Reporting

Any on-site incident — regardless of severity — is reported to site management within 24 hours. We maintain a written incident log and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.

Subcontractor Policy

We do not use unverified labor on commercial projects. Any subcontracted specialty work — crane operators, HVAC coordination, structural support — is performed by firms carrying equivalent or greater liability and workers' compensation coverage.

Subcontractor COIs are collected and maintained in the project file. If your risk management process requires verification, we can provide copies.
