Full evaluation of the existing EPDM membrane and seam condition confirmed the deck was sound and the roof was a restoration candidate rather than a tear-off.

The existing membrane was cleaned and failed seams were repaired and reinforced. No tear-off, no dumpsters, and no interior exposure for a working medical facility.
Gaco S42 Silicone Application
Gaco S42 silicone was applied as a seamless, fully adhered waterproof membrane over the existing roof, with work scheduled around active medical office operations.
Walkway Installation & Warranty Registration
High-visibility walkways were installed to give technicians safe access to rooftop HVAC equipment. The system was registered for a 20-year Holcim Gaco No Dollar Limit warranty.
