Certifications & Authorizations
GAF Master Elite is awarded to fewer than 3% of roofing contractors in the United States. Qualification requires verified licensing, adequate insurance, a proven track record, and a commitment to ongoing training. Master Elite contractors are the only firms authorized to offer GAF's full NDL (No Dollar Limit) warranty — the highest level of warranty protection GAF issues.
Momentive (formerly GE Silicones) is the primary silicone raw material supplier for commercial roofing systems in North America. Authorized applicator status requires factory training on Momentive's SCS2000 and SCS9000 series silicone formulations, documented application standards, and ongoing quality audits. Fewer than 200 roofing contractors in the country hold active Momentive authorization.
Gaco (a Firestone brand) is one of two primary silicone roofing systems we install. Gaco's silicone formulations are specified on projects where ponding water tolerance, UV exposure, or substrate chemistry favors their product over Momentive. Authorized applicator status requires annual training and documented installation records submitted to Gaco for warranty registration.
The EPA's ENERGY STAR program certifies building products that meet measurable energy efficiency standards. Silicone roof coatings we install carry ENERGY STAR certification for solar reflectance and thermal emittance — which translates directly to reduced cooling costs for the building owner. ENERGY STAR certification also supports LEED documentation and certain utility rebate programs.
Certified Roofing Inc. has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for over 20 years. BBB ratings reflect complaint history, time in business, transparent business practices, and response to any concerns raised. Our rating has never been lower than A.
The National Roofing Contractors Association is the leading trade organization for the commercial roofing industry. NRCA membership requires adherence to the NRCA's Professional Roofing Standards and commitment to workforce training and safety. We participate in NRCA's educational programs and follow NRCA application guidelines on every project.

Issued on every project. Transferable to new property owner within the warranty period.
Warranty terms are project-specific. Qualifying substrate, application thickness, and post-installation inspection requirements vary by manufacturer program. Copies of issued warranty documents are provided to the property owner within 30 days of project completion.
